Dancing with the Saints

The Dancing With the Saints: Season 9 live event will take place on Saturday, Jan. 18, 2025, with proceeds benefiting Xavier Catholic Schools Impact Fund for PK-12 Xavier Catholic Schools and Early Learning Centers.

• Date: Saturday, January 18, 2025
• Location: Doubletree Hotel, 350-1^st Street NE, Cedar Rapids – Grand Ballroom 
• Parking: Parking is available in the ramp attached to the Doubletree Hotel and across the street in the parkade for a fee; some on-street parking is also available
• Attire: We recommend guests dress as they would if they were attending a wedding
• Only credit cards accepted at bar (ATM on site if needed for other reasons)

• If you purchased your ticket/table online, please continue using that same email each time you login to avoid duplicates in our database system, and keep voting for your favorite couple!
• If your guests have not registered to vote yet, they may create an online account by visiting https://one.bidpal.net/dwts2025/welcome  to “SIGN IN” (upper right hand corner box) and set up your account. Please be sure to include a credit card number and a mobile phone number. This information will allow you to vote and receive text updates with important links on the day of the event.
• This registration will allow you to vote for your favorite dancers during the event, and purchase wine/beer buckets from your dinner table prior to the program starting. Buckets will be delivered during intermission.

• 5:15 pm – All attendee Cocktail Hour Main Lobby
• 6:15 pm – Seating for Dinner, Prayer, Performance by Past Year’s Dancers
• 6:30 pm – Program Begins Main Ballroom
• 10:50 pm – Program Ends and DJ/Dance Begins
• 12:30 am – Dance Ends

The Convention Center will be set for dinner for 1,100+ attendees. There were more than 1,100 in attendance at the 2024 Dancing with the Saints event!

When purchasing your table:

1. Please note the names of the guests who will be seated at your table
2. Note any dietary restrictions by guests at your table
3. Note any table location requests (While not guaranteed, the DWTS committee will do its best to honor your request to place your table in the same general vicinity of other tables if desired)
