Make Xavier Your School of Choice!
The Students First Act, introduced by Governor Reynolds and signed into law on January 24, 2023, makes state funding available to support the success of every K-12 student in Iowa. Parents who choose to enroll their eligible children in an accredited private school will receive an amount equal to the per pupil funding allocated to public school districts for the same budget school year ($7,826 for the 2024-2025 school year).
Funds will be deposited into an education savings account (ESA) to be used for tuition, fees, and other qualified education expenses as specified in the legislation.

We value the diverse experiences that students from outside of the US bring to our school. The application for our non-US students is found online and we ask for transcripts, English Language proficiency exam scores (Eltis preferred) and proof of ability to pay tuition as the initial steps in the process. We have longstanding relationships with many international student placement agencies and are always looking for more host families to support our new students.
