The 2022-2023 Xavier Impact Fund is shifting its focus to be exclusively on ALL Xavier Catholic Schools’ (Grades PK-12) teachers! When we work together to support XIF we are lessening the financial burdens of our parishes and Xavier Catholic Schools. Funds raised via XIF will be directed to Xavier High School to increase pay for Xavier High School teachers; PLUS reduce all area parish subsidies currently being paid to Xavier High School. In return, parishes will use this subsidy savings to increase pay for all Xavier Catholic School teachers!
