Xavier Impact Fund

The Xavier Impact Fund is focusing on the teachers of our Xavier Catholic Schools. These dedicated educators make, on average, considerably less than their public school counterparts. A collaboration was formed between our pastors, parishes, administration, and schools to offer a competitive and equitable salary matrix for all Xavier Catholic School teachers. We want to show our teachers our gratitude for their commitment to Catholic education by working to close the wage gap by offering more competitive salaries and benefits.

The Ripple Effect: EVERYONE WINS!

Not only does the Xavier Impact Fund focus exclusively on our teachers, but ALL Xavier Catholic Schools’ (Grades PK-12) teachers will benefit from this effort! When we work together to support XIF we are lessening the financial burdens of our parishes and Xavier Catholic Schools. 

Funds raised via XIF will be directed to Xavier High School to increase pay for Xavier High School teachers; PLUS reduce all area parish subsidies currently being paid to Xavier High School. In return, parishes will use this subsidy savings to increase pay for all Xavier Catholic School teachers!offer a competitive and equitable salary matrix for all Xavier Catholic School teachers.

Xavier Impact Fund is supported by the efforts of the Xavier High School Foundation, a non-profit organization established to raise and accept contributions to provide financial assistance to Xavier High School. The Foundation is responsible for acquisition, investment, maintenance and disbursal of assets from a trust fund set up to provide a third source of income beyond tuition and parish subsidies.
