Transcript Requests

Current Xavier Student Transcript Requests:
All requests for college admission transcripts for current students go through Naviance. All other current student transcript requests go through Mrs. Wallraff in Student Services.

Graduate Transcript Requests:
For alumni transcript requests from LaSalle, Regis and Xavier High School, you will need to fill out this quick Graduate Transcript Request Form. Transcript requests are free and will be completed in a timely manner. Please fill out the form completely to ensure it is delivered correctly.

Even though dual credit courses are listed on your Xavier High School transcript, you will also need to request that a transcript from that college be sent to the college that you will be attending.

Kirkwood Community College – Make sure all of your courses are graded before you submit the request.

Saint Louis University –  You will need your login information to access this form.  If you have forgotten your username or password please search your email inbox or deleted items for “SLU”.  All messages SLU sends you contain this login information.  If further help is needed please call this number: IT Service Desk at 314-977-4000 or [email protected]
